why nothing is public yet

Foundation first, launches after

Fifty products in fifty weeks only works if every one of them is built, checked and released the same way. So the system that does that comes before the first launch, and the rooms past the Approval Door stay empty until it is ready.

Before there are users to count, there is work to count: every token the agents processed on 50w work from 21 June to 23 October 2026. 96% of it is the same project context, re-read on each turn.

how this was measured

Token counts were last read on 23 October 2026 from the local session records of Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, Command Code and Hermes, and every session that was 50w work was kept: all Claude Code work, sessions in 50w project folders, and 50w threads in Codex's general folder. Work for other ventures is excluded. Cursor, Devin and Antigravity were also used but keep no token counts locally, so they are not in these figures. Claude joined the crew on 30 September 2026.

Leonardo Grijó

Leo registered 50w in Rio de Janeiro in March 2025 and runs it bootstrapped, with no investors. His job is the part the agents cannot do: he sets direction, writes the contracts they work to, reads the evidence they bring back, and is the final approver on everything that leaves the workshop.
